Return Process

  Place the product, including all accessories, manuals, and original packaging, into a secure shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Use the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to send the package back to our authorized service center in Turkey.

  Once our technical team verifies the device's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
